iTunes wants to delete my photos

Hello.

By mistake I check off the: Sync photos from button in Itunes-photos.

And now if I want to sync my Iphone photos in Itunes I try to check off the button again sync photos, and it tell me all the current images and pictures from my iphone will be erase and replace by my photos in library.

How do I do to transfer my iphone photos, knowing that I don't have access to the internet with my iphone.

open iPhoto, import photos from your camera roll into your iPhoto library.

when you open iPhoto, if the phone is plugged in via USB, it should appear in the side panel, click on it, click import all.
