iTunes...What Songs Are $.69?

I just spent 30 minutes on iTunes and couldn't find one song listed at $.69, so where are they?

It's old stuff. Only a few songs that I would want but I already have them.

A few of them are good. It's just that they are so old that anyone who does like them already has them.

I just bought like 5 of those songs. If they were $1.29 or even $.99, I wouldn't have, so $.69 definitely was a motivator for me. Is the Music industry listening?
