iTunes Wifi Sync

I have everything working on my new iPhone 4S, except there isn't an option to wirelessly sync on my iTunes...Why is this? And yes I have iOS 5 and the latest version of iTunes.

Ohhhh.....do you need Lion?

Lion or 10.6.8. I don't think WiFi Sync works with 10.6.7 or below.
