iTunes will not install app.

Windows 7 sp1
I have been trying to install an app via iTunes and it will not do it.
I sync it when I click install and it installs and then the app still has the "still installing" tint to it.
Plz help.

Additional info
My itunes is 11.0
Ipad 2
Ios7
App file is .ipa

Tried both nothing happened.

If you didn't purchase it when it was available, and you're trying to install the .ipa directly - only way I know of would be jailbreak.

No. There was a frenzy when it was removed from the app store, but it doesn't actually increase the value. Once the buyer sets the iPad up as new it will delete the app anyway.

That's what I thought. It wasn't that great of a game anyway... I mean, it was fun for a week, then it got boring.

Often that is caused by the computer in question not being authorized to the applicable iTunes Store account for the app. Like if you just got a new computer and hand transferred the files over.

And iTunes for windows doesn't always prompt you to authorize. I believe it's under the store menu
