Itunes will not recongize any iphones

Greeting everyone. This issue is actually my nieces issue and I'm just trying to help her.

Iphone 5s will not sync to Itunes on her computer. Error message is 0xE80000084. Windows 7. She has uninstalled and reinstalled Itunes several times. I have ran virus scans and scanned and repair the regstristy files as well. I'm not sure what the problem is so I need some help.
