iTunes will not sync my iPhone, so alternatives?

Hi everyone!

I just updated by 4S to iOS 7, which went fine, however my Macbook is still on 10.5, and iTunes will not let me sync my phone until I update to a later iTunes version. The problem is that the latest iTunes version only supports 10.6 or later. I'm getting a new laptop soon, but surely there must be some alternative way to sync my music, apps, and data onto the phone without iTunes, right? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Ia a conspiracy. You want the latest and greatest, they throw you the, Eh, in order to have the bigger wheels, you also have to upgrade the engine.

WO iTunes, you would have to have a jailbroken phone.

You'll need 10.6.8. You can order the disc for $19 plus free shipping from Apple's website. Here's the direct link:

After you upgrade it'll put you to 10.6.3. You'll need to run the software updates to get to 10.6.8. From there you'll be able to download iTunes 11.1 and finally be all set.
