iTunes Window Edge is off the screen

The bottom of iTunes is off the screen and I can't resize the window. Using + or - just switches it to mini mode or minimizes it. This occurred after getting a new monitor. How do I reset the window size in iTunes or in the OS so I can not have it maximized off the screen

I had this problem. I changed the resolution of the display and then could change the size of the iTunes window.

Hold option when clicking the +

this has happened to me using an external monitor with itunes, and then unplugging it without resizing
