Hey,

I'm converting a bunch of my pc's WMA's to MP3 in itunes. I get about a 30-32x conversion rate in itunes on my 2 Ghz macbook core duo with 2 gigs of ram booted in bootcamp w/ XP home. I was wondering if there would be a big a difference in processor speed between my macbook and the 2.66 dual core Xeon mac pro. Thanks!

You're going to see a difference from the raw clock speed increase.

In addition, why are you converting music files from one format to another?
