Posted this in iPhone help yesteryear but thought you guys might be clued up on this one, I thought my nightmare of syncing was over, but now it's started again. Those lovely people at Apple, lied! It did make a difference even thought I did nothing on the PC when I got the iPhone other than plug it in, but they said it won't affect using it on the Mac, and it has. Can anyone tell me if it will erase whole phone like it started to when I just wanted to back up APPS and contacts that it ruined?
One other thing, The message that I get up when it tells me to upgrade software to 4.3, it says you have paid apps that you need to back up before the update, and I synced and synced and backed up and it still comes up with that message. Any ideas? Or just don't bother updating.
