Itunes won't connect to Apple

Hi guys couple years ago when I jailbreak my 3GS I used some instructions to edit my host file to not allowed my mac to connect with Apple in order to downgrade to prior version and now I can't restore any iPhones and it gets stuck. Can someone tell me what needs to say on the host file in order to connect. I'd like to fix this.
