iTunes won't connect

Hey guys,

So for the entirety of being on the OS X 10.11 Beta (and even before then), everything will load that requires internet, however iTunes just won't do it. The bar at the top just says 'Accessing iTunes Store', and thats all it does. However, safari loads pages, the Mac App Store connects and downloads everything correctly.

Any suggestions for a fix? :)

p.s. Im on the latest OS X EL Cap. beta and the most up to date version of iTunes.
