this is a question for my buddy that i can't figure out. Not that i'm smarter than him, i'm just smarter than him.

Anyways, his ipod nano was plugged into his computer last night, he unplugged it with out ejecting it. The nano says there is no music on it, and itunes says the nano is full....what should he do. He said he tried to reset it, but it didn't work. Any suggestions?

Do a full restore from the iPod updater software - I presume iTunes still recognises the iPod if it's saying it is full. So do a restore and then give your mate a smack upside the head for not ejecting before unplugging.
