iTunes won't install?

I donno, iTunes isn't installing, when i get to the Installation Type part of the screen and click Install it says "You cannot continue, there is nothing to install"

Did you already have a version of iTunes installed? If so, you'll need to delete the receipt file for it before OS X will allow you to reinstall iTunes. It's at <your hard drive>/Library/Receipts/iTunesX.pkg.
