iTunes Won't Launch

My old 17" PPC PB finally took a dump so I picked up a refurbed 17" iMac 2GHz Core 2 Duo w/ fresh install of 10.6 which I then updated it to 10.6.8

I managed to get everything moved over via the Migration Assistant but now the new iTunes 11.1.3 won't open... quick bounce then nothing.

Any thoughts?
