Itunes wont Open!

When i click on itunes its telling me that ''The iTunes Library is locked, on a locked disk, or you do not have write permission for the file'' Please HELP!!!

Where do you keep your iTunes library? Have you checked your permissions on that folder? There's a bug that's removing write access to the Music folder on some machines.

I keep it in my music folder

Assuming you have a Mac, click on the Music folder, press COMMAND-I, make sure it says you can Read & Write in the Ownership & permissions section, and then click Apply To Enclosed.
