iTunes wont recognize both iPad and iPhone

Plugged them into my PC and iTunes would run fine and I could see the them under devices but after a couple seconds it goes away.

Tried turning off my devices, restarting PC, re install iTunes, but so far iTunes still won't recognize my devices.

There not jailbroken by the way and I have the latest version of iTunes and iOS.


Any advice and help would be greatly appreciated! thanks!

then try a different port? remove all other usb devices connected to it.
if not test in another computer?
