My iTunes won't restore any iDevice I try to restore on Mavericks OSX. It always just says device cannot be restored. But everything will restore fine when I open up bootcamp windows 7. I have the latest version of iTunes installed in both OS. In OSX when ever I click restore it just goes straight to "extracting" then it gives the error. In bootcamp, when I click restore, first it downloads the firmware then extracts. Is that the reason why, if so, why won't OSX download the firmware? I'm on a mid-2012 13' MacBook Pro.
