I can use a link to those though and it works like a charm screenshot:: anybody else with this problem?

D DavidClassic macrumors member Jul 12, 2008 52 0 Dec 24, 2008 #2 Go here http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2727 and click on the purchase history link and it will take you to your Purchase History. Apparently after iTunes 6.0.3 this is what you have to do. Hope this helps.
