iTunes Won't Sync iPhone After Yosemite

I just did a clean install of Yosemite and it upgraded iTunes. When I went to manually sync my music it said that my iPhone is linked to another iTunes library and an iPhone can't be linked to 2 iTunes libraries (even though I only have one on my computer). The dialog box asked if I wanted to erase my iPhone and sync it with the new iTunes library. I said no because all my content is on my iPhone not in the new iTunes library. I only have one Mac and it's authorized. So can I just not sync Music anymore?
