iPod touch iTunes won't sync

hey guys
so i am on 5.0.1 and was jailbroken but than i had to restore since my ipod was stuck on apple logo. so now its all restored and got my apps back on and was yncing my music but than the error box came up and was like 200 something songs couldn't sync. so i look on my ipod and olny 50 synced and now everytime i try and sync it shows the steps on top and when it gets to 5/5 it just stops and nothing happens. when i go to the ipod setting on itunes sync all music is checked...so is sync olny checked songs and videos and all my songs are checked. so 50/364 songs will not sync. i have ipod 4g 5.0.1 and didnt rejailbreak it yet.

also all the songs not on the ipod work on itunes..meaning i can still listen to them and there is no ! next to any

iTunes won't sync

could you tell us how you resolved the problem since there are hundreds of us out here still trying to sync our music . My situation is identical to yours except mine is a brand new Iphone 4S (not jailbroken or messed with in any way).
Only syncs 21 of my 256 songs and it put a little ! next to most of my songs although they still play within Itunes. What a dilemma. I've tried dozens of suggestions for work arounds but nothing works.
