iTunes Won't Transfer Newly Purchased Material

Interesting issue for me. All of my previously purchased content easily syncs to all our apple devices. However, just after updating iTunes and purchasing Cars 2 and a Mikey Christmas movies, these two purchases will not transfer and says my computer is not authorized. However, the computer plays the files as well as the attached ATV2s. I have deauthorized and reauthorized but no success. I'm scared to buy any more media. Any thoughts?

My son had also recently updated iTunes and then purchased 3 movies and has the same problem. He did the same things tried here (plus some) with no change. I suspect an iTunes problem.
