I'm having some trouble with my iTunes. It won't recognize any of my iDevices! I'm running WXP Professional SP3 hoping to upgrade soon with W7 Home. Any advice on what to do?
 
I couldn't do it at first either. Someone in the AT&T store did it for me with the same device used for 3G/3GS. Just press REALLY hard on it.
