To purchase from the Japanese store you need to purchase a Japanese iTunes Store gift card.

Gift cards are country and/or region specific.

Which country did you buy the gift card in?

I bought that card from US..... Any chances ??

No, a giftcard from the US store must be used in the US iTunes store and cannot be used in the japanese store. You could create a US iTunes account and use the gift card with that account. I don't want to go into the details of how to do that but a google search will provide you with the information you need.
