iTunes

For whatever reason today, I wanted to quit iTunes, so I went to quit and it did, then less then a second later it reopened. And it still continues to do that every time I try and quit the program. I even tried force quit, and it still reopens, does anyone know what is wrong?

I got some help and deleted com.apple.iTunes.plist and that fixed the error!

correction... Sorry for this.

But it turns out that that fix only stopped iTunes from reopening for only 30 minutes, now it does it again....

anyone know why?

Do you run any iTunes-related widgets or apps? Do you have an iPod plugged in?

I run the iTunes widget yeah, thats it

Well, I thought this bug was fixed but running the iTunes widget used to open iTunes each time Dashboard was activated. Try disabling it and see if iTunes still randomly opens.
