ok so i downloaded a video on iTunes, and now i am trying to play it, and it keeps opening a dialog box that has me enter my account, and when it does it gives me an error message about permissions. i have tried de-authorizing, and then reauthorizing with no success. any ideas?

Did you purchase this video from iTunes Store? Are you trying to view it from the same computer account as it is downloaded on? Do you use the default locations for your iTunes folders or do you customize them?

yes to everything. i have no idea, so i just re-installed iTunes and now it works. i'm not sure what was up. i only use iTunes on one computer.
