iTV not responding?

All of a sudden my TV User Interface doesnt do anything.
I unplugged it and plugged it back in but my remote doesnt work any more.

I replaced the battery - nothing.
I used another remote from an iMac - nothing.

It wont even let me pair a new remote.

It just sits at the main screen and I cant do anything.

Any suggestions??

Does the TV light flash amber when you press buttons on the remote? If so, you may need have disabled the remote. Check here for instructions to fix.

You may also need to unpair the first remote before another will work. If the above doesn't work, you can try this.
