I installed the app on the iphone and started it. Everything went smooth untill I went to change to t-moble. I noticed everything is grey in the carrier settings under where you choose t-moble or AT&T. I just got the t-moble phone and had the phone switched from my at&t phone number. Could that be an issue that's causing this.
