So one of my iPhone 11 orders was a 9/27-10/1 delivery (ordered within 5 minutes of launch).
So I was charged by Citizens One on the 20th of Sept for my old phone (the trade in device), then they charged me on the 21st for my newly ordered phone.
Anyone know how to get this rectified? Will Citizen One refund that charge once the old phone is received? If not, it's really sad they charge you immediately upon shipping but don't give a 30 day grace period from the date of charges to purchase and return your old phone.
At $60.33/month payment, Apple is making a killing on the millions of devices that shipped 1 day later than last years devices! In essence, forcing a 13th payment even though we ordered the new iPhones on launch date last year and this year.
The first iPhone 11s I order delivered on the 20th. That loan was paused and everything worked as advertised. But for the second phone, I was charged the 13th payment, then the next day it was paused because the new phone shipped.
