Other iUP citizens one loan, how to see balance?

I'm doing the iUP program and usually I will decide whether to return my old phone or buy out the loan and sell it/give it to family. I cannot for the life of me figure out where to see the outstanding loan balance for my old 14 Pro Max. I can see the payment history but no balance. Does anyone know where to find it on this garbage citizen one website?

When I log in to https://appleloan.citizensbank.com/ I see two prominent boxes. One with current remaining balance and one with the next payment date...

I see that, but my current loan balance is only for $54 which is way too low and I mistook it for the balance for this month only. Hopefully it's a mistake in my favor. Thanks!

Does anyone know when Citizen's returns the 13th payment $$ that some of us made for the 14 pro?

I was told (Citizens) that it can take up to 45 days before the 13th payment is returned once the phone has been inspected and Apple signs off on the loan.
