iPhone XS IUP, Does anyone else notice it after Pre Approval?

So people that already did the pre approval, open the apple store app on your phone.

Scroll down to the get started under get a head start on your upgrade. Select your phones serial number.

The next page says "It looks like you're not enrolled yet."

Which is strange bc I am enrolled...Does anyone else show this?

I believe you have to call Apple to get this fixed. I don’t recall all the details, but I remember seeing similar inquires about this last year.

If you got the confirmation email you're probably fine.

My preapproval shows at the top of the Apple Store app now
