iPhone 11 Pro IUP in store?

So I preordered my iPhone but have a delivery date of October 14th,I see my local Apple store has the phone in stock that I can pick up this morning. I know I have to cancel my preorder I have already, however the Apple upgrade program is in my wife’s name, does she have to come with me to pick it up or can I just put my name for the pick up name and just show my ID? Thanks for any insight!

The order email should tell you who is able to pick up the phone. I believe it is whoever is authorized on the carrier's account.
