Apologies if there has been a thread talking about this, however I know so little about this process so I would like some more knowledge. I was just denied in the apple store, unfortunately. I just got back from an hour bus ride, very bad experience to be honest. But enough of that.

I just got the E-Mail about me being denied. They couldn't specify why as they don't know why apparently, but according to the report they looked up from EquiFax, my credit score is 0. I looked on CreditKarma and EquiFax is clearly giving me a different number (672). I was wondering if anyone else stumbled upon an issue like this and if so how did they solve this?

The only things I can assume is that maybe the address I gave them was wrong, the apple rep told me that things like incorrect address/billing info can be the reason why I got denied. This WOULD make sense as they claim I have no type of credit, so they could have pulled up another report or no report at all. But I digress, can someone please fill me in on their experience? Or any suggestions I should try? Thanks in advance!

You need to check your credit report and make sure everything is in the right places.

I had some issues earlier in the year and it was because Equifax had swapped my current address with an older address.
