iPhone 15 Pro IUP Paid off, AC+?

I’m on IUP with the 15 Pro, but I’m not upgrading this year. Once the Citizens loan is paid off, does Apple give us the opportunity to continue paying for AC+ on a monthly basis? Or does AC+ end once your loan is paid off?

Google doesn’t appear to have anything on this, so I’m looking for those who have paid off their loan in the past if they were given the option to continue paying for AC+. Thanks!
