iPhone 11 Pro iUP Preapproval

I was just able to get pre-approved. I have some questions please:

I believe I read if my wife changes her mind by pre-order time, I can change the device?
Do I pick which of my Verizon lines I want each device to upgrade when I pre-order, or at the Apple Store when I pickup? It only used my main number and PIN to get pre-approved.

You can change your color/model when you pre-order (but not before - you're locked in to what you chose at preapproval until it's time to order), but it will delay the process a bit. I'm sorry, I can't answer your Verizon question.
