i received an email from Apple yesterday that they've inspected my trade-in and the loan has been closed. But when i checked my Citizen One account today, the previous loan is still there.

Every loan I've ever had since the first year of the Upgrade Program still shows up in my Citizens account. They all say "Closed" or "Previous Loans" or whatever, but they never disappear. If you just got the email from Apple yesterday, I'm sure it will take a few business days for the financials and paperwork to catch up and for them to show your loan as closed on the website.

my previous IUP loans still show up there also, but they all have zero balance. the one Apple just closed still showing positive balance, that's why i was asking. anyways, i called citizen one bank, and they confirmed Apple has taken over that loan's responsibility, i have nothing to do with it even though it shows on my account.
