iPhone 13 Pro IUP showing as “not enrolled”

so i upgraded my existing 12PM IUP to the 13PM on IUP in store. old loan was paid off and was “approved” for the new loan. i got an email for applecare+ activation but no email for loan approval and the charge for the first payment + tax hasn’t hit my CC either. my reciept says IUP. but my apple id + app is not showing up that i’m enrolled in IUP. is this normal? in the past when i’ve done this online it shows up right away
