Does anyone know how to resolve this? I was trying to pre order the mini but getting this message "
"You’re eligible for a new iPhone today with a payment of $56.16" which is the payment on my 11 pro. I initially got and returned my 12 pro but now seems that the original loan got all messed up and I can't pre order or make payment to get the mini. Any suggestions??

Maybe call Citizens and try to resolve? The few issues that I had they were able to take care of on the phone right away.

Thanks. Just got off the phone with them and they applied another payment to the 11 pro. I still get the message that I need to make one more payment when I am checking my eligibility but hopefully it will get updated in the system within a day...

@royinla14 Last year my payment for the old and new phone was so close together, that Citizens credited me for the first payment on the new phone. Let’s hope that same practice is in place sine my current payment is on the 11th, and we get the phones on the 13th... fingers crossed.

I was able to get the loan pre approved. I had to make the payment with citizen so basically i have now made 14 payments on my 11 pro. I am not sure if that is how it was supposed to be or not. it will be interesting to hear from other 11 owners that got it on day one and now getting the mini or 12 pro how many payments in total they have made.
