iPhone 11 Pro IUP with Veteran Store discount

I did the pre-approval using the Apple Store App on my iPhone. But then later I remembered that I forgot about the veteran store. I'm not even sure if you can access it through the app, I usually google the link, and it verifies me using ID.me. Anyone know if this discount can be used for a phone purchased using the IUP?

You are correct, the veteran and military store are not accessible from the app.

If buying using IUP, there is no discount for veterans.
