I've 1MB left on the "/" directory!!

hi

i was preparing to install ruby language on my iphone 3gs ios 4.0.1 using cydia, but it ended with buffer error message or so, then i realized that the space was only 1 mb available on / directory,



the question is:
how to free up some disk space on "/" directory?

any help please..
