Iv'e forgotten My apple ID to login to itunes/appstore

For some reason when I went to the appstore just now it wanted my apple ID-usually it just asks for my password.

Thing is its been a couple of months at least since I set up the account and I can't remember it-AHHH.

I have all these apps but now I can't login to the appstore or itunes.,

I don't want to create a new account otherwise I won't be able to use the apps Iv'e brought already

HELP-how can I find out what my apple ID is. Iv'e tried what I thought it was but I just can't remember it.....
