I've got 2 SSD's ... How do I set them up?

Just installed a 2nd SSD & wanted some suggestions.

I was going to move downloads and music to the 2nd drive (in the optical bay), as that's where my torrents go and where all of my iTunes media is.

Any recommendations on how to do that or a better way entirely?
