iPod touch ive got jailbreak installed, but iphone apps keep freezing!

im so happy to finally have gotten jailbreak installed, but when i placed the mail app on the ipod touch, and i touch it, the iphone app just seems to hang. it hangs for maybe 15 seconds and just boots me back to the home screen. does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it!

SSH into your iPod and type these
chmod -Rf +x /Applications/
chmod -R a+x /Applications/*

it just either says "glob6:not found" and "chmod: not found"

In that case try this:

/bin/chmod -Rf +x /Applications/
/bin/chmod -R a+x /Applications/*

I have a different problem. Sort of a strange one....

I have everything working except the iphone apps. I know the problem is I have to do the chmod step, but it won't work.

SSH worked for all the other steps, but now when I connect to the ipod (using PPC Mac 10.4.10), the ssh connection exits after I type any two characters.

Any ideas?
