I've got somebody else's contacts in my iPhone

All of a sudden today about 30 contacts appeared on my iPhone. Most of them foreign or Arabic. I also lost lots of my contacts. I went into my iCloud account and all my old contacts are there.

Is something wierd going on with Apple? Anyone else had this? Is there an easy way of getting my phone back to normal?
