Well I've managed to get my MacBook Pro's Temperature down to 100 Degrees Fahrenheit.
Could that have been too cold?
Because my friend says if its too cold its kind of bad for it too and I don't know if 100 Degrees is too cold, I have a Chill Matt under it and my fans going 4k RPM (both) and I have a Small Fan aimed towards it.
is it too Cold??

No offense to your friend, but he doesn't know what he's talking about.

There is no such thing as too cold; then why do people run their computer with liquid nitrogen to reach -100 degrees Fahrenheit like temperatures? The cooler the better; extends the life of the processor.

back in the day people would get their CPUs to below freezing to overclock the crap out of them, so no 100f is NOT too low heck my desktop Q6600 runs at 33c ~91f

its really a shame the laptop chips have to run so hot because of the case, my Quad never breaks 48c under full load, even with stock cooler
