iPad I've heard putting phone app on ipad possible by ssh?

I've heard, but unsure however, that sshing a iPhone to a ipad mini you can copy the phone app from the phone to the mini. Is this right?

I'm keen on experimenting and using my ipad mini +lte model as a phablet and just transfer the phone SIM card over.

If i can indeed transfer the phone app over to the mini, will it be in a blown up resolution or can we scale it using some fancy code somewhere.

Confirm or deny this Chinese whisper, thanks.
