MacBook Pro right?

If you search for High Sierra on the App Store you should be able to download & install it manually that way.

Surprised nobody posted that there is no such thing as 10.15 - Maybe next September??? 10.14, Mojave, is scheduled for public release on 9/24/18 and 10.13.6 is the latest public release of High Sierra, is available at the Mac App Store.

BTW, you don't have a Mac Pro, you appear to have a MacBook Pro - Nowhere the same thing!
