I've been using the iVisor Pro for about a month and have been very happy with it. It reduces glare dramatically and protects the screen with no significant reduction in brightness, in my opinion.

If brightness is an issue, you can always adjust the display settings, assuming yours is not at maximum brightness already.

I would like to reduce glare rather then teh need for any extra protection.
Its a little on the expensive side, but do you think its 'worth it'?

It's expensive mainly because it's not just a film that you slap on the screen, the adhesive is actually on the bezel portion so it's guaranteed to have no visible air bubbles.

Had one on my old 15" unibody Pro and it was absolutely worth it. I could not stand the glare from that glossy display.

"Worth it" is purely subjective, but in my opinion, the price is fair for the functionality and quality of the product, which translates to good value. I would definitely buy it again.
