Iwant: iphoto to be more like picassa

Hello,

I've been a mac user since birth. ive used iphoto since it came out, and in the past two years have i used picassa on my first (and only forever) windows pc.


I believe picassa is soo much better then iphoto, at least for me. things like:

-preserving explorer hierarchies in picassa library...
-allowing you to edit explorer hierarchies through picassa library...
-automatically sensing any additions/subtractions/moves automatically...

is there anyway to have iphoto behave in this manner? for me, it is much more useful to organize my photos in the way that picassa allows rather then the way iphoto does it.
