iWatch 3 Not In Saskatchewan Canada

Here in Saskatchewan Canada there are a few Networks that can use the iWatch 3 due to hardware problems.

I use SaskTel, and there is no information in there web site to let us know if they are going to fix this problem or not.

Carrier must support Volte to carry the watch... Im also in Canada with Bell and Saskatchewan is not supported for Volte or the apple watch lte.

Do you think SaskTel and Bell will get Volte ?
