Resolved IWatch 5, missing all complications since update.

So now I am on an iPhone 12 and both my iOS on both phone and watch are up to date. I no longer any complications / info on some of my watch faces like wind, temp, etc. I have checked Wi-Fi, all kinds of settings and I am stumped.

Anyone else have this happen and what should I do to re-instate it?

did you remove apps from your phone.. as it happens to be impossible to chose date in an complication, it might be similar for those weather stuff, if the weather app was removed from the phone?
